Everything lives on your organization's server. The only thing that goes out is a “New message” notification — with no text.
End-to-end encryption
Messages and calls in tvoy.chat. Video, audio and chat in Room — the room key lives in the link after the # sign and never reaches the server. The server sees who wrote to whom. Not what.
Peer-to-peer
A message goes directly from phone to phone. If direct isn't possible — through your server. Not someone else's.
Detail
Call code.
Eight words that both people on the call see. If they match, there's no one in the middle.
Your name on it.
Web version
Your name, colors and logo — in the web version right after installation.
Apps
Your apps in the App Store and Google Play — under your name, after store review.
Notifications
With your own apps, notifications don't go through us at all.

The price is per installation, not per person. You state your organization's size yourself and put it in the contract. We don't check it: the only way to check would be surveillance.

What we don't do.
Without internet, notifications don't arrive on iPhone: Apple delivers them only through its own servers. The message arrives when the person opens the app.
When there's no internet or cell signal, text goes over Bluetooth. Files wait for the network.
We measure how many people your server can handle during installation and put it in the acceptance report. We don't publish a general figure.

What does the server see?
Who wrote to whom and when; who is in which room. Not the text, audio or video.
Where are messages stored?
On the phones. Undelivered ones — in a mailbox on your server, until delivery and for no more than 30 days.
Is it peer-to-peer?
Yes, first and foremost. If the network doesn't allow it — through your server. Encryption stays on either way.
What happens if we don't install updates?
The server keeps working. If an update closes a vulnerability, we'll warn you.
Has there been an external audit? Is the code open?
Not yet. We'll say when there is.
What happens if something happens to you?
The server sits with you and works without us. You have all the access and the “how it works” document.
